Delmore FX ist das Solo-Projekt von Elia Buletti. Der Sound seiner Musik basiert auf digitalen und analogen Studioaufnahmen, die kontinuierlich und kurzlebig durch spontane improvisatorische Rearrangements via Mixer, Looper und Effekten rekonstruiert werden. Midi Studien, Erholungs-Low-Fi, unwirkliches Summen und Ausbrechen hoher Töne versammeln sich in diesen sorgfältig unsteten Architekturen.

Michael J. Schumacher arbeitet seit den 1980ern mit räumlich zugeordnetem Klang, Computern und Elektronik, in dem er generative mehrkanal- „Room Pieces“ kreiert. Sein transportables Sound System besteht aus einem Sortiment von kleinen Lautsprechern, „nackten“ drivern und improvisierten Resonatoren. Sie „filtern“ wesentlich den Charakter der Sounds. Er kombiniert Installation, Performance, algorithmische Komposition und Improvisation.

Die Zusammenarbeit von John Bischoff & James Fei entstand durch ihr gemeinsames Interesse an elektronischen Systemen, die komplexe Eigensinn-Verhalten haben. Während Bischoff in erster Linie digital arbeitet und Fei analog, bestehen Auftritte für beide aus der Verhandlung mit der Elektronik, ihren improvisatorischen Entscheidungen und aus den akustischen Eigenschaften des Konzertraumes.

Delmore FX is the solo project of Elia Buletti, who also runs his own label Das Andere Selbst in Berlin. The sound of his music is based on digital and analog studio recordings that are continuously and ephemerally reconstructed through improvisational instant rearrangements operated on mixer, loopers and effect. Midi studies, recreational low-fi, unreal humming and high tones breakouts gather in these meticulously unsteady architectures.

Michael J. Schumacher has worked with spatialized sound, computers and electronics since the 1980s, creating multi-channel, generative „Room Pieces“. His portable sound system consists of an assortment of small speakers, „naked“ drivers and improvised resonators. They are essential in „filtering“ the character of the sounds. John Bischoff & James Fei’s collaboration grows out of a shared interest in electronic systems that have complex behaviors of their own. While Bischoff’s implementation is primarily digital and Fei’s analog, performing for both is a negotiation with the electronics, each other’s improvisatory decisions as well as the acoustic qualities of the space.
