Interdisziplin\u00e4r ist auch ihr gemeinsames Programm mit internationalen K\u00fcnstlern in kleinen Formationen. Konzentriert auf einen Abend, pr\u00e4sentiert <em>open mex<\/em> drei hochgradig experimentelle Auftritte, die dem Publikum Augen und Ohren \u00f6ffnen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les Trotteuses<\/strong>: Moirier und Pertusot erzeugen ihre Ger\u00e4uschmusik ausschlie\u00dflich durch An- und Ausschalten der Alarmsignale von Elektroweckern. Wer h\u00e4tte gedacht, dass der morgendlich verhasste Pflichten abends in Gesellschaft eine solche Musikalit\u00e4t an den Tag legt? Denn das Weckerorchester gibt durch \u00dcberlagerung und Verschiebung polyphone Minimal Music zum Besten. Da fiept, t\u00f6nt, summt es pr\u00e4zise kurz oder auch bet\u00f6rend meditativ \u2013 bevor ein penetrantes Dr\u00f6hnen daran erinnert, dass Wecker auch au\u00dfermusikalisch funktionieren m\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sound Sculptures<\/strong>: Tanz, Saxophon und Monochord formen im Raum wechselnde Soundskulpturen. Die Stahlsaite von Schuons Monochord erzeugt dabei u.a. durch Induktion ein obertonreiches Surren. Sollte die T\u00e4nzerin Kim etwa auf dem Drahtseil tanzen? Da die Moverin sich gerne nah am Klang bewegt, wird sie auch Impulse von Karl-Heinz Blomann aufgreifen, der mit Saxophonkl\u00e4ngen und Komposition sensibel die facettenreichen Kontakt-Improvisationen befeuert. Aktion und Reaktion leiten das Spiel wechselseitig k\u00fcnstlerischer Ber\u00fchrung und Erforschung.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Olgar<\/strong> improvisiert Bild und Ton frei und ohne Samples; mitunter strukturieren sie ihre audiovisuelle Metamorphose jedoch durch Kommandokarten. Scherbaums z.T. Rock-inspiriertes Gitarrenspiel f\u00fcttert vor allem elektronische Klangprozesse. So \u00fcberf\u00fchrt sein Soundscape auch massive Klanggewitter elegant in kammermusikalischen Noise. Parallel projiziert Sch\u00e4fer per Overhead die live-Bewegungen von Seifenwasser, Tinte und \u00d6l. Their joint program is interdisciplinary, international and stresses small formations.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em> <\/em><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-3226\" title=\"Les Trotteuses \u00a9 Anne Moirier &amp; Aur\u00e9lie Pertusot\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mexappeal.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/lestrotteuses_1cut165kb1.jpg\" alt=\"Les Trotteuses \u00a9 Anne Moirier &amp; Aur\u00e9lie Pertusot\" width=\"202\" height=\"278\"\/><em><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Moirier and Pertusot of <\/em><em><strong><em><a href=\"http:\/\/troisquatorze.selfip.org\/%7Eles%20trotteuses\/\">Les Trotteuses<\/a><\/em><\/strong> generate their noise music exclusively by switching on and off their electric alarm clocks. Who would have thought that the early morning duty admonisher would display such musicality in the evening? For indeed the alarm clock orchestra is able to perform polyphonic minimal music by means of overlapping and movement. First it whimpers, clinks, hums precisely for a brief or beguiling meditation \u2013 before a penetrating buzz reminds one of the fact that alarm clocks are also supposed to function extramusically.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-3217\" title=\"Les Trotteuses \u00a9\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mexappeal.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/lestrotteuses_2wecker165kb.jpg\" alt=\"Les Trotteuses \u00a9\" width=\"290\" height=\"194\"\/><em><\/em><\/p>\n<pre><em>\u2014\u2014\u2014<\/em><\/pre>\n<p><em>The dance, saxophone and monochord of <span style=\"color: #dd1100;\"><strong>Sound Sculptures<\/strong><\/span> form alternating tactile objects of sound in space. The music wire of Schuon&#8217;s monochord generates by induction a rich overtone humming, among other charming tones. Should the dancer Kim possibly perform on the wire rope? Because the mover gladly slips close to the sound, she will also take up impulses of Karl-Heinz Blomann, who sensitively fuels the many-faceted contact improvisations with saxophone sounds and composition. Action and reaction lead the play of mutually artistic contact and investigation.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-3283\" title=\"Sound Sculptures \u00a9 Hyun Jin Kim\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mexappeal.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/soundsculptures06_165kb.jpg\" alt=\"Sound Sculptures \u00a9 Hyun Jin Kim\" width=\"197\" height=\"286\"\/><\/em><\/p>\n<pre><em>\u2014\u2014\u2014<\/em><\/pre>\n<p><em><a href=\"http:\/\/clashvoid.net\/?page_id=74\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Olgar<\/strong><\/a> improvises image and sound  freely and without samples; occasionally they structure their  audio-visual metamorphosis, however, with the use of command cards.  Scherbaum\u2019s partly rock-inspired guitar play feeds above all electronic  sound processes. For instance his soundscapes transfer massive sound  thunderstorms elegantly into chamber-musical noise. In parallel Sch\u00e4fer  projects via overhead projector the live movements of soapy water, ink  and oil.
