mex zeigt den Dokumentarfilm „dageblieben. Der niederrheinische K\u00fcnstler Claus van Bebber“ <\/strong>von Carla Gottwein <\/strong>mit einem anschlie\u00dfenden Konzert von Claus van Bebber. <\/strong><\/p>\n
Der K\u00fcnstler Claus van Bebber<\/strong> ist 1949 in Kronenburg geboren und lebt heute auf einem Hof bei Kalkar. \u00dcber einen l\u00e4ngeren Zeitraum hat die Filmemacherin Carla Gottwein<\/strong> aus Rees die Arbeit des Klangk\u00fcnstlers mit der Kamera begleitet. Entstanden ist eine bild- und klangreiche Dokumentation (69 Minuten), deren Schwerpunkt aktuelle Projekte des Niederreheiners sind. Die Schallplatte geh\u00f6rt schon seit den fr\u00fchen 70er Jahren zu seinem charakteristischen Instrumentarium und findet seitdem in Konzerten, Kompositionen, Installationen und Objekten Verwendung. Neben Soloauftritten sind in dieser Dokumentation zahlreiche Konzerte mit anderen K\u00fcnstlern zu sehen und zu h\u00f6ren. Claus van Beben gew\u00e4hrt dar\u00fcber hinaus in Erz\u00e4hlungen und anhand von Relikten bzw. Archivalien Einblicke in vergangene Aktionen, Ausstellungen und Performances. Er ist nicht nur Gr\u00fcndungsmitglied des ArToll Kunstlabors in Bedburg-Hau, sondern auch der K\u00fcnstlergruppe „Heinrich Mucken“, mit der er 1987 auf der documenta 8 aufgetreten ist. Zudem hat Claus van Bebber das ArToll-Klanglabor-Ensemble ins Leben gerufen.

Artist Claus van <\/strong>Bebber<\/b> was born in 1949 in Kronenburg and lives on a farm near Kalkar. Moviemaker Carla Gottwein<\/strong> from Rees has accompanied the work of the sound artist for a long period, which led to this documentary rich in sound and pictures (69 minutes), which main focus are the artists current projects. Since the early 70s the vinyl record belongs to his characteristic instruments, which he uses in concerts, compositions, installations and objects. Besides his solo concerts the film shows several collaborative concerts with other artists. Above that, Claus van Bebber shows relicts and pieces from his archive and gives an inside about past actions, exhibitions and performances in his narration. Not only is he founding member of the „ArToll Kunstlabor“ in Bedburg-Hau, but also of the artists collective „Heinrich Mucken“, which performed at the documenta 8 in 1987. He also founded the „ArToll-Klanglabor-Ensemble“.<\/p>\n
