Bromp Treb<\/strong> ist das solo noise\/music performance und recording project von Los Angeles-based artist Neil Young<\/a> aka Neil \u2018Cloaca\u2019 Young. ‚Double Exposure<\/strong>‚
Die Doppelbelichtung l\u00e4sst in der Fotografie zwei Objekte f\u00fcreinander durchl\u00e4ssig werden und h\u00e4lt so mehrere Realit\u00e4tsebenen in einem Bild fest. In diesem Fall lassen sich die Wuppertaler Vibrafonistin Salome Amend<\/strong> und die K\u00f6lner E-Gitarristin Raissa Mehner<\/strong> klanglich auf die gegenseitige \u00dcberblendung und Durchleuchtung ein und schaffen gemeinsam Verwobenes und Kontrastierendes.
Vor 2 Jahren lernten sich die beiden Improvisationsmusikerinnen bei einem Festival in Bonn kennen und erfreuen sich seither im Zusammenspiel der hohen gegenseitigen Bezugnahme und des leichtf\u00fc\u00dfigen Entstehens neuer gemeinsamer Kontexte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

‚Double Exposure<\/strong>‚
In photography a double exposure lets two objects become permeable to each others and thereby captures several realities in one picture. In the case of the duo of vibraphonist Salome Amend<\/strong> from Wuppertal and guitarrist Raissa Mehner<\/strong> from Cologne, they both allow themselves to sink into each others mutually and create contrasting and interwoven sounds through x-ray and cross-dissolve. The improvising musicians met two years ago on a festival in Bonn and keep exploring their close encounters with reciprocal reference and light-footed development of new common contexts since then.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
